Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the proces of creating a survey sketch (geometric plan) for the demarcation of a building, which is a vital part od property registration in the Czech Republic’s Land Registry. The theoritical section covers the history, legal context, and purpose of geometric plans. The practical section presents a real case study carried out in the surveing company. The entire procedure is described in detail – from collecting documentation and field measurements, through digital processing of the data, to compiling the final version of the plan and submitting it to the cadastral office. The result is a comprehensive guide that reflects current professional practice in the field of geodesy.
