Abstract

Subject of the bachelor thesis is controlling risks in a proces sof maintenance of machina production. For creation of this thesis the collaboration was established with the company Huisman Konstrukce s.r.o. Theoritical part is aimed on analysis of risks, controlling risks and methods of analysing risks. Practical part deals with ABC analysis and five times why method. Main goal of the thesis is to analyse fundamental risks in producting technical units and to suggest a plan to minimise them.
