Analýza ohrožení a návrh krizové prevence sportovního zařízení

Abstract

The aim of this thesis, titled "Threat Analysis and Crisis Management of Sport Facilities", is to analyze the external and internal environment of the Fitpoint sports club, based on the results of analysis, then to define the threats and subsequently propose a prevention and resolution of potential emergency situations. A definition of basic concepts of crisis management and a description of the methods of strategic analysis are contained in the theoretical part of the thesis. The following section is devoted to the characteristics of selected entity - Fitpoint sports club. The PEST analysis, Porter's competitive forces model, SWOT analysis and financial analysis are used in the practical part of the thesis for preparing an overview of external and internal environment of selected sports equipment. Based on the results there are defined and evaluated crisis sources which are subsequently put into the crisis matrix. It was found out that the sports club Fitpoint is a company with moderate till high probability of coming up crisis situations that may have significant effects on the company. For the two selected crisis sources are designed possibilities how to prevent them and how to solve them if it is needed. The selected sources are leaving out the key instructor and a rising number of competitors. There were evaluated more potencional threats affecting the mentioned company. The company management should realize the potencional threats and begin to deal with them in time.
