Bytový dům v Příboře

Abstract

Práce se zabývá tvorbou bytového domu ve meste Príbor, kousek od centra mesta, namestí Sigmunda Freuda, na míste parkovíšte a castecnou dostavbou mestské struktury, tvorbou parkovácího domu na míste parkovište, pro rešení problémy v Príbore s parkovaním. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout bytový dum a ovlivnující jeho okolí strukturu. Byla vypracovana urbanistická situace blizkého okolí: centrum mesta - námestí, bytový dum, parkovací dum. Práce obsahuje urbanismus centra mesta, návrh bytového a parkovacího domu, textovou cást.

The work deals with the creation of an apartment building in the city of Príbor, a short distance from the city center, Sigmund Freud Square, on the site of a parking lot and the partial completion of the urban structure, the creation of a parking house on the site of a parking lot, to solve parking problems in Príbor. The aim of the thesis is to design an apartment building and the structure aecting its surroundings. The urban situation of the immediate surroundings was developed: city center - square, apartment building, parking house. The work contains the urban planning of the city center, the design of an apartment and parking house, and a text part.
