Kvalita ovzduší v ostravsko-karvinské aglomeraci v mezinárodním srovnání

Abstract

This thesis is focused on quality of environment in surrounding of Ostrava and Karviná. That is being done in regional measurement so as in European and global. Concentrations of some pollutants exceed average of limits per year in a long-term. That is not being done just in these surroundings. High values of concentrations are also measured in Polish agglomerations, which are also a part of Upper Silesian region. A comparison of proper values that have been measured for specific pollutant from pollutants monitoring stations in a specific area has been done in this thesis. A comparison includes either attacked locations in a frame of Europe and then in a frame of the world. From this comparison is clear, how much have described location been polluted. The second part of thesis is focused on technical provisions in metallurgical factories and theirs effects on quality of environment in their surroundings. Effect of these provisions is being showed on two specific examples from two metallurgical factories which are in Europe. A positive effect being provided by rightly directed technical provisions in neighbourhood of factories is more than clearly pointed at the end of this thesis.
