Zhodnocení konkurenčního postavení vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The topic of my Bachelor’s Work is The Analysis of the Competitive position of the Company. In the theoretical part I deal with pieces of knowledge sourced from professional literature concerning the above mentioned theme of the companies competitiveness. In the practical part I focused on introduction of the particular business company and assessment of its competitiveness on both Czech and Slovak market with the usage of the SWOT analysis too. On the basis of the figures and information I tried to assess the state of the particular company and I have suggested future measures to be taken which should be leading to an improvement of the competitive position of the analyzed company.
