Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop a draft Regional studies of buildings above the approved site development plan for the city. The proposal will include facilities for sports including universal playground, facilities, seating arrangements and the surrounding area. Furthermore, solutions of technical infrastructure, transport solutions, including parking areas and design of public spaces and green. The analysis of the current problems of location and status on the basis of accumulated knowledge about the and needs of the documentation will be processed within Territorial Studies . Urban design solutions area will be processed in one variant. The starting materials for the draft Master Plan will be the city of Ostrava, cadastral map, plan utilities, orthophoto. The work is costing the proposed solution.
