Zajištění poskytování informací v podmínkách obce

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je posouzení způsobů komunikace a předávání informací ve veřejné správě, konkrétněji jsou tyto způsoby řešeny v podmínkách obcí Oskava a Ruda nad Moravou. Tato bakalářská práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část je tvořena dvěma kapitolami, které se věnují interpretací důležitosti informací a komunikace ve veřejné správě, popisem obcí Oskava a Ruda nad Moravou, jejich působnosti a pravomoci. Praktická část je tvořena jednou kapitolou. Tato kapitola se zabývá samotným rozborem používaných způsobů poskytování informací a komunikace s občany v těchto obcích. Zejména hodnotí úřední desku, elektronickou úřední desku a vymezuje jejich přednosti a nedostatky.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the review of ways of the communication and handing over an information in a public administration. These are described in more details in the conditions of municipalities Oskava and Ruda nad Moravou. This bachelor thesis consists from theorethical and practical part. The theoretical part has two chapters that focuse on interpreting of an importance of information and communication in a public administration, by describing the municipalities Oskava and Ruda nad Moravou, their terms of reference and authority.The practical part has one chapter. It analyzes the ways of providing information and communication with citizens in above mentioned municipalieties. Mainly evaluates the offical board, electronical board and determines their advantages and disadvantages.
