Abstract

The diploma thesis summarizes the basic knowledge in the field of pre-hospital care of the emergency medical service and describes the various stages of the rescue chain in terms of storyline and data sequence. Describes the application layers used at the medical operating center and rescue crews. In all these layers, a large amount of data is retrieved and stored. In the practical part, the data that can be classified and compared are exported from the databases of the emergency medical service and then processed in the Matlab application environment. This group includes evaluation and classification scales characterizing the patient's condition in individual rescue phases. The data are then visualized, analyzed, possible dependencies and interrelationships are modeled. As part of the advancing digitization and automation in the field of emergency services, the importance of this data is growing. It is possible to work with this aggregate data in order to reveal useful information for more efficient work of operators and emergency medical staff.
