Mechanické charakteristiky niklových slitin

Abstract

The dissertation is focused on nickel alloys on Ni3Al basis. Composition of experimental alloys was derived from used nickel alloys for given applications. Prepared casts were directionally solidified by the Bridgman's method. The alloys were examined in directed state. The modified samples did not contain casting defects and were used for determination of structural and mechanical characteristics. Standardized circular cross-section testing units with non-threaded heads were produced from the samples. The main task was comparison of chosen mechanical characteristics of individual types of alloys on the basis of intermetallic IC compounds. Character of deformation of individual types of alloys was examined too.
