Ekonomické zhodnocení investice

Abstract

Předmětem a cílem této bakalářské práce je ekonomické zhodnocení investice - investičního projektu k vybavení Domova mládeže při Střední škole technické, v Mostě, příspěvkové organizace a zhodnocení ekonomické návratnosti investice do zateplení tohoto objektu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje literární rešerši, orientované na investice a investiční projekty a popisující metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. V praktické části je definován investiční projekt a jeho vstupní údaje. Na základě výpočtů příjmů, které se investici dosáhnou, je dále provedeno zhodnocení efektivnosti investice pomocí vybraných metod. V závěrečné práci jsou popsána rizika spojené s realizací projektu.

The object and aim of this work is to evaluate the economic evaluation of investment project in insulation of the building complex of theoretical education and at the youth home at the technical Secondary School in Most, allowance organization. The theoretical part deals with literature search focused on investments and investment projects and describes methods for assessing the economic efficiency of investment. The practical part defines the real investment project and its inputs.
