Objemová studie proluky na rohu ulice Českobratrské a Nádražní

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je prostorové a funkční řešení proluky v Ostravě, na nároží ulic Českobratrská a Nádražní, v městském obvodu Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz. Diplomová práce je zpracována formou objemové studie. Součástí řešeného území je i návrh nového objektu a jeho napojení na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Objemová studie je navržena v několika variantách, které se od sebe liší objemem objektů a návrhem umístění parkovacích stání. Z navržených variant bude následně vybrána jedna, která bude podrobněji zpracována. Podrobnější řešení vybrané varianty, se zabívá návrhem dispozičního řešení objektu, jeho napojením na sítě technické infrastruktury, řešením parkování a celkového zasazení do území. Součástí diplomové práce je i orientační propočet nákladů zvolené varianty.

The theme of this diploma thesis is the spatial and functional solution of the fault in Ostrava, situated on the corner of Českobratrská steet and Nádražní street, in the Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz district. The diploma thesis is elaborated in the from of volumetric study. Part of the area is the design of a new building and its connection to the transport and technical infrastructure. The volumetric study is designed in several variants, that differ from each other by the volume of objects and the proposal of parking spaces. One of the proposed variants will then be the one, that will be further elaborated. The more detailed solution of the selected variant deals with the design of the layout of the building, its connection to the technical infrastructure network, the parking solution and the overal installation into the territory. Part of the diploma thesis is also an indikative calculation of the costs of the chosen variant.
