Abstract

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the provision of leave as a benefit in a selected company. The aim of the thesis was to characterize the economic and legal aspects of leave and to describe the provision of leave in the selected company. As part of the practical part, the aim was to find out the effect of this benefit on the satisfaction and turnover of employees in the company, and subsequently to evaluate and propose the best result, which resulted from a questionnaire survey, which ascertained the satisfaction of employees with the given holiday benefit and their possible interest in improving the current system of providing leave. The established hypothesis was not confirmed.
