Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve společnosti DEZA, a.s. Investice se týká filtru na estery, který má zvýšit produkci a snížit vysoké provozní náklady. Práce je pomyslně rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části práce je popsána charakteristika vybrané společnosti a teorie věnující se investičnímu rozhodováni. V praktické části jsou použity metody, které jsou popsány v teoretické části. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výpočty vybraných metod a interpretaci výsledných hodnot.

This diploma thesis is evaluating investment efficiency of DEZA, a.s. The particular investment concerns an ester filter, intended to increase production and decrease high operating costs. This thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes characteristics of the selected company and the theory of investment decision making. The practical part uses methods described in the theoretical part. The practical part is focused on calculations using chosen methods as well as results interpretation.
