Abstract
The work is focused on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method in the manufacturing company. The theoretical and methodological part defines the essence of performance measurement and the Balanced Scorecard method, including individual perspectives. Methods of project management are defined for the purpose of implementation method. In the practical part the selected company is characterized and the perspective analysis is performed. For perspectives are proposed goals, benchmarks and target values. The implementation method is represented by the CPM method in MS Project. An implementation team is constructed, strategic actions are set and the process of managing the implementation at the company level is made clearer. At the end of the thesis, the model of Balanced Scorecard is proposed in the conditions of the company.
