Posouzení psychosociálních rizik u personálu dětských zdravotnických zařízení

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of psychosocial risks in healthcare, with a specific focus on the staff of selected children's healthcare facilities in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis was to assess these risks and, based on the findings, to propose suitable and practically applicable preventive measures. The theoretical part of the thesis defines psychosocial risks and their consequences, presents available tools for psychosocial risk assessment, and summarizes previously conducted studies that evaluated these risks. The practical part focused on existing approaches to psychosocial risk assessment and their comparative analysis. The main part of the practical section was the application of a selected questionnaire tool directly in pediatric follow-up intensive care units, including data collection and evaluation. Based on these data, risk areas were identified for specific professions as well as for the departments as a whole, followed by the proposal of preventive measures.
