Abstract
The theses deal with ballistic resistance of glass with protective and safety foil. In first – theoretical part is focused on ballistic of bullet, especially on terminal ballistics. Next part is about glass production and glass properties. Follows theory about protective and safety foil. Next chapter deals with theory of firearms, ammunition and legislation of firearms and gun licenses. Last part of theoretic section is research of experimental data. The experimental part is focused on practical exam of resistance of glass with various types of protective and safety foil. After measurement of data followed analysis and evaluation of results.
