Abstract

The aim of this bachalor´s work is the analysis of the partial and total running time of one-family house constructions, the specification of substantial, informative and partial cash flows, the analysis of the work with the customer and eventually also with suppliers. A special attention has been paid to the pre-production period.

The chapter Theoretical Solutions presents published information on logistics. Especially the theory of logistical flow, logistical linkage, and the pre-production periods of purchase and sale. The bachalor´s work has been worked out in a company fabricating frame houses - turn-key delivery. The part Practical Solutions describes the individual phases of the process, starting with the acceptance of the order and ending with the fabrication of the final product. It begins with the description of the pre-production phase – signing the contracts, the final specification and introduction into the production schedule and followed with chapters dealing with purchase, production and assembly. Attention is also paid to the information business system. Part of practical solutions are also proposals and recommendations. Here are specified several sections, the company should concentrate on and here are introduced possibilities how to solve some of the problems.
