Abstract

This dissertation’s target is the development of technological progress made in the area of construction works of an apartment building with a view to single-pitch roof constructions. The constructional part of this thesis is concerned with graphical documentation (the study’s graphic scale is 1:100, the graphic scale of the last above-ground floor’s projection is 1:50, the roof construction drawing’s graphic scale is 1:50, details is 1:10). This thesis‘technological part addresses the elaboration of two building varieties of a roof’s supporting construction. Furthermore, it focuses on the working-out of technological advancement in the development of a roof’s supporting structure, calculations as well as harmonograms of the accomplished work. Other than that it also concerns the comparison of three design options in light of practicability, advantages and disadvantages.
