Abstract

Aim of dissertation is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the costs of maintenance and repair of instruments in the company Erdrich Umformtechnik Ltd., propose complex measures oriented on boosting production capacity of production facilites, analyse the root causes of production downtime due to failures of individual instruments. In the theoretical part are processed the documents relating to costs and controlling. The practical part includes the introduction of the company, analyzing the current situation, a complex analysis of the costs of maintenance and repair tools, complex measures to increase the production capacity of production facilities and analysis of the major causes of production downtime due to failures due to the different instruments.
