Abstract

The goal of dissertation is made a proposel of streamlined process of expedition for products according to customer requirements at company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí s.r.o. in order to reduction of costs or acceleration of services. The aim of opening dissertation part is characteristic of logistic processes. Second part is devoted to introducing of company, where we can find the marketing analysis. The third part analyse current situation of expedition and at last part are specified options which can hit the goal of dissertation.
