Organizace a ekonomika magistrátů statutárních měst

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with organizational relationships and economics in conditions of statutory cities of Přerov and Havířov. The theoretical part describes the municipal self-government, rules of the municipality management, and statutory cities. The practical part comprises an analysis of expenditures for the operation of individual city halls of selected statutory cities in years 2012-2016, where especially item 5011 and § 6171 plays a substantial role. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the organization and economic aspect of selected city halls. For the purpose of relevant results the method of analysis and comparison of charts and graphs was used.
