Abstract

Thesis solves the problems of over-indebtedness of individuals in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is assessment of the problem of over-indebtedness, find problem areas and possible solutions. The first chapter is focused on the development of the debt and its problem areas, the characteristics of the debtor and the ways of solving the indebtedness. Another chapter pays attention to the fundamental assumptions of indebtedness of individuals, development and settlement of over-indebtedness in the Czech Republic. In the practical part thesis evaluates the optimal ways of solutions of over-indebtedness of each casuistry.
