Zkvalitnění motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is motivational system of the organization. Aim of the thesis is to map employee satisfaction with the current system of motivation and based on suggestions made by employees recommend actions that will lead to the improvement of motivational system and to increase employee satisfaction. In the theoretical part are defined important terms such as motivation, stimulation, motive, incentive etc. as well as it deals with theories of motivation and introduction of the used research methodology which is survey. The practical part shows data obtained from survey which are compiled into graphs and tables and interpreted. The following section is focused on areas in which employee dissatisfaction was found and this section of thesis describes recommendations for these areas.
