Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze payroll system and to create internal regulation for the company as well as recommend the way of making the current system more effective. In theoretical part legal regulation of wage is described, its economical aspects and payroll system is characterized including the way of its creation. In practical part the payroll system of the company is analyzed as for different aspects; partial comparison is provided by comparing method. In evaluating part I have evaluated payroll forms, bonuses, working conditions as well as employees´ benefits. On the basis of facts found I created internal regulation, recommended the particular changes to be made in the company including wages and benefits allocation. This bachelor thesis is considered a contribution for the company Vlčnovská stavební s.r.o. because it has not have unified internal payroll regulation.
