Osvetlenie pomocou polygonálnych zdrojov svetla v reálnom čase

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of a demonstration application for calculating and displaying direct illumination of surfaces from arbitrary non-convex polygonal light sources using the analytical method of linearly transformed cosines (LTC). In the review section, we summarize existing solutions to this problem, then describe and implement the chosen method. In the final part, we compare the reference methods with the selected LTC method.
