Ekotoxicita půd v oblasti Rybí

Abstract

This work deals with ecotoxicological soil in Rybí area at Novy Jicin. Ecotoxicity means the influence of toxic substances in the soil environment. In the implementation of this thesis, I drew from soil samples that were removed in solution of this thesis. Ecotoxicological tests were conducted on a total of 56 samples forest soils and soils in the urban area, while for toxicity tests , I used two organisms: bacteria Vibrio fischeri and springtail Folsomia candida. The result is evaluation results on the inhibition of Vibrio fischeri, which include inhibition depending on various factors (pH, total metal content, etc.). Part of this work is to evaluate the reproductive test springtail Folsomia candida, which was tested on the studied soils. Test results showed that the inhibition does not exceed 20 %.
