Abstract

The bachelor's thesis will focus on reviewing relevant sources concerning the assessment of psychosocial risks, with a specific focus on the question of meaningfulness of work. In the practical part of the thesis, qualitative research will be conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews. In the final part, recommendations for improving workplace well-being will be proposed.
