Abstract

The bachelor thesis concerns evaluation of the Training System in Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. In the introduction, the bachelor thesis focus on valid legislation which determines the conditions for an employer. Simultaneously, the sorts of training have been described in this part in general. Following part narrates current system of education and training in specific conditions of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. After an assessment of education and training system in Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o., implementation of new proposals with the aim of improving the conditions of current training system comes. The bachelor thesis evaluates and innovates system of training to get better occupational health and safety.
