Abstract

This bachelor thesis presents the project documentation for an administration building. Major part of this work focused on the heat cladding, especially of a building envelope. It is up to date subject because the heat cladding represents indisputable contribution in the savings of energy and it also takes place marked enhancement of indoor environment. There is analyzed and evaluated the proper equipment and the proper technology in two variations. The administration building has been designed as a three floor building with a basement, the ground plan is H shape with the construction from block system POROTHERM. Preparation of the technological documentation and of the construction documentation notices the valid norms.
