Návrh konfigurace vnitřní výsypky lomu Vršany ve vztahu ke zbytkové jámě po ukončení hornické činnosti – studie

Abstract

This thesis deals with a proposal for configuration of internal dump of quarry Vršany. The project is focused on the final stage of development of the quarry, thus the remediation and reclamation of residual pit and how to use it. In the general part there is composed a historical development of quarry Vršany and geographical, geological and hydrogeological characteristics of the area. The configuration of the residual pit of quarry Vršany is designed in compliance with previous plans and stages of the extraction, which is functionally followed by reclamation. The aim of this thesis is to propose an effective conception of reclamation of the area to create a balanced cultural landscape, where is, compared to the past, strengthened its ecological function. In conclusion there was evaluated one of the two proposed alternatives to be not just economically advantageous, but also suitable for further use with regard to the surrounding area.
