Organizace zřizované územními samosprávnými celky a kontrola jejich hospodaření

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu hospodaření organizací zřízených městem Uherské Hradiště v souvislosti s rozpočtovými a účetními vztahy mezi organizacemi a městem Uherské Hradiště a kontrolou jejich hospodaření. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, město Uherské Hradiště a jeho zřízené organizace. V praktické části byla provedena analýza poskytnutých peněžních prostředků městem Uherské Hradiště zřízeným organizacím a následně jejich hospodaření v komparaci s lety 2014–2016. Dále byl popsán postup prováděných kontrol městem Uherské Hradiště u zřízených organizací. Z analýz bylo zjištěno, že prostředky poskytnuté městem Uherské Hradiště zřízeným organizacím se každým rokem zvyšovaly či byly ve stabilní výši. Hospodaření zřízených organizací bylo velmi příznivé, pouze 4 organizace hospodařily, alespoň v jednom období, se ztrátou. Při kontrolách hospodaření provedených městem Uherské Hradiště u zřízených organizací nebyly nalezeny žádné výrazné nedostatky.

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to analyze economy of organizations, which are established by a city Uherske Hradiste, in relation with a budget and accountant matters between these organizations and the city Uherske Hradiste and a supervision of organization´s economy. The theoretical part of this work is focused on characterization of the main terms such as the city Uherske Hradiste and its established organizations. In the practical part, the thesis works with analyzing provided finances from the city Uherske Hradiste to the city´s established organizations. One of the tasks in the practical part is a comparison of economy work of the organization in years 2014-2016. Last but not least, there is a description of controls from the city towards the organizations. The findings prove, that finances provided by the city Uherske Hradiste to the organizations were rising or had a stable amount. The economy of each organization was satisfying, only 4 organizations were in loss, at least in one time period. The city Uherske Hradiste did not find any unsatisfactory deficiency during their controls in economy of them established organizations.
