Analýza efektu implementace společenské odpovědnosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Diploma work on theme „Effect Implementation Analysis of Social Responsibility in a Selected Organization“ is focusing on activities and analysis CSR in company Pramet Tools, s.r.o. This diploma is devided to two parts – teoretical part and practical part. Teoretical part is focusing on definition social responsibility and demarcation areas, which affects. This part includes informations about interested stakeholders and options of reporting and measuring social responsibility. In praktical part are present activities, which in CSR context company Pramet Tools make business or supports. Another area of teoretical part is analysis of current status of introduction analysis survey made by method SWOT. In the proposals and recommendations is recorded the whole course of the introduction of new company website. The aim of this introduction was to improve and streamline communication with stakeholder. Goal of my diploma work was analysis of current status of intorduction rate of social responsibility into Pramet Tools, s.r.o. bussiness strategy.
