Analýza hospodaření města Jílové v letech 2005 – 2008, rozpočtový výhled města

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the management of the city budget of the Jílové town and proposals to reduce the deficit profit, since the effective management of the city reflects its source option, which carries out its reconstruction and development. Examined period of time is characterized by the years 2005 - 2008. Content of this thesis work presents the characteristics and the internal layout of the town, including its historical development. It explains the concepts of the budget, budget process, budget balance, status and powers of the city in the public administration system. The analysis defines its own municipal budget analysis, development and comparison of budgets for each year as a whole, capital income and expenditure analysis and design of the budget outlook over the coming years. Important part of this work are also projects and investment projects implemented in the monitored period the city.
