Abstract
The subject of the thesis "The use of project management techniques" is to characterize the achieved level of knowledge and a critical evaluation of selected approaches to project management. In the first part I focused on the definition of basic concepts such as design and project management. The next section deals with the methods of project management. In the final part is an analysis of the relevant issues in the management of a particular project.
