Finanční zabezpečení investičních akcí obce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma „Finanční zabezpečení investiční akce obce“ je zaměřena na způsoby finančního zabezpečení investičního projektu obce velkého rozsahu. Pohlíží na obec jako na územní samosprávný celek, zkoumá jeho příjmy, výdaje. Popisuje průběh sestavování rozpočtu a jeho náležitosti. Jako zdroj finančních prostředků byl identifikován Regionální operační program Moravskoslezsko, respektive Evropská unie, potažmo její strukturální fondy. Součástí bakalářské práce je také uveden postup a podmínky pro získání dotace.

This Bachelor's work, on the theme of "Financial Security of a Community Investment Action" is concentrated on the methods of financial security for a large scale community investment project. It considers the community as a territorially autonomous entity, investigating its revenues and expenditures. It describes the course of compiling a budget and its appurtenances. Identified as a source of financial resources was the Moravian-Silesian Regional Operational Programme, or the European Union, in particular their structural funds. The procedure and conditions for acquiring grants are also part of the Bachelor's thesis.
