Motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor work is employee motivation in organization. The theoretical and practical parts make the work. The theoretical part focuses on the motivation theories, a working performance, vage and employee benefits. The practical part is concerned with a state of motivation in Sectron Mobil Ltd and performance of sellers. Management of the company informed me about situation around and the rest of information I get by questionnaire. I propose some recommendation to improve a motivation and performance on the base of this knowledge.
