Abstract

The thesis deals with the construction of a three-storey residental building with a basement and a flat roof, situated in Ostrava-Výškovice on School Street. The work includes design, construction budget, work schedule, technological procedure of implementation ventilated facade and selected details about the object evaluated by the program Area 2009. In the basement of the building there is a laundry room, a bike room, a cellar, a utility room and a garage. The entrance to the parking garage is sheltered from the street Jeřábkova. In the above-ground parts of the building there are designed apartments - 9 apartments on one floor. Ventilated building envelope will improve the thermal and sound insulation properties of the object. By facing with facade`s panels the builging will get a modern look.
