Abstract

Bachelor thesis: Evaluation of productivity of an energy company is, as the title states, is conceived as and focused on the calculation and analysis of the productivity of a singular entity of the CEZ Group, and a two-way comparison of the results and realities with another comparable entity. The theoretical part summarizes literary research on the given theme. The practical part provides an analysis of the labor productivity of the CEZ Group entity using one of the methods outlined, as well as an analysis of the possible causes of its economic state. The final part of the thesis makes several recommendations based on the ascertained reality.
