Abstract

The goal of mine bachelor thesis is describe the ways of termination of the commitments and mention on problems, which can occur at forfeiture and expiration of rights.In second chapter are described terminations of the commitment and also their mening in accounting and income tax. In third charter is recountal of forfeiture and expiration of rights and also described the problems which pertinent to forfeiture and expiration of rights. In fourth chapter are applied examples about forfeiture and expiration of rights, which was solved by High Court of Czech republic and also at pointing out different judgements of Court of Appeal and High Court of Czech republic on the same cause.
