Revize údajů katastru nemovitostí v katastrálním území Mikulčice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem revize údajů katastrálního operátu v katastrálním území Mikulčice se zvláštním zřetelem na specifické okolnosti této lokality. Cílem práce je posouzení souladu stavu evidovaného v katastru nemovitostí se skutečným stavem v terénu a následná analýza zjištěných rozporů. Práce reflektuje skutečnost, že standardní průběh revize byl pozastaven v důsledku ničivého tornáda v červnu 2021, které zásadně změnilo tvář obce i charakter zástavby. Praktická část se soustředí na revizi prováděnou v letech 2025-2026 v části území přímo postižené touto katastrofou. V rámci práce je analyzován proces obnovy staveb, aktualizace obvodů budov a změny v druzích pozemků, které musely být do katastru nově promítnuty po rozsáhlé rekonstrukci a demolici objektů. Výsledkem je zhodnocení katastrálního operátu v dynamicky se měnícím prostředí.

This thesis focuses on the process of revising cadastral register data in the cadastral area of Mikulčice, with particular attention to the specific circumstances of this locality. The aim of the work is to assess the consistency between the state recorded in the real estate cadastre and the actual state in the field, followed by an analysis of the identified discrepancies. The thesis reflects the fact that the standard revision process was suspended due to the devastating tornado in June 2021, which fundamentally changed the face of the municipality and the character of the built-up area. The practical part concentrates on the revision conducted in 2025–2026 in the part of the area directly affected by this disaster. Within the framework of the thesis, the process of building reconstruction, updating building boundaries, and changes in land types are analyzed; these had to be newly reflected in the cadastre following extensive reconstruction and demolition of structures. The result is an evaluation of the cadastral register in a dynamically changing environment.
