Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the various methods of valuation of real estate in the Czech Republic. In practical part is aim to evaluate the property with its land and after that compare the selected methods used during valuation. Comparison will consider both side of the market – sellers, buyers with supply, demand and real estate transfer tax. To achieve the aim following valuation- comparative, revenue and cost methods were chosen .Also analysis method was used which is decomposition of complex facts into simpler. Subsequently, the comparative method will be chosen, that is comparison of the given facts. Diploma thesis includes hypothesis: „ In valuation of the given complex of properties the comparative method will best comply with situation of market. This hypothesis was confirmed.
