Abstract

The content of the thesis is the application of marketing methods on an enterprise engaged in snowboard lessons. The aim is to design marketing strategy for a fictitious company, through which it would be able to achieve its business objectives. At first, snowboarding is characterised and the theoretical principles of marketing are determinated. In the second part, the results of the marketing research performed by the electronic questionaire are discussed and a SWOT analysis is composed. Finally, marketing strategy is designed and developed in detail.
