Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the behaviour of customers in the travel market. The aim was to compile their typology. This research deals with the opinions and travel options which the consumers used. Additionally, the reason for the consumers to travel was also determined. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a survey and the results showed that consumers preferred individual travel over organized travel. The results of the analysis set out the specific reasons for these preferences. The secondary goal of this work was to establish what impact the COVID-19 pandemic had on the behaviour of consumers from both groups.
