Revitalizace panelového domu, technologický postup provádění tepelné izolace ploché střechy

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to propose the modification of building for general revitalization of the building envelope. Modifications will achieve the thermo-technical requirements for buildings. Revitalization of the building will be consist of replacement windows and entrance doors, disassembly the balcony and replacement with hanging loggias, facade insulation of building, new gutter and revitalization of roof. For this building are designed two variants of roof revitalization. First one contains removing the original roof layers and implementation new layers. The second variant is to keep the original roof layers and supplemented them with waterproofing. The Thesis consists of technical report, drawings, thermo-technical assessment, budget and work schedule. At the end of thesis will be both variants of flat roof compared.
