Abstract

In diploma thesis is concerned on Employee Education and Development System in SSE a.s. Thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and second part is practical. The theoretical part deals with process of learning, particular types of learning, formal and informal education and also particular methods used by education. The practical part of thesis describes organization, and analyses Employee Education and Development System in SSE a.s. The aim of diploma thesis is to find out a level of education and development of employees working in SSE a.s. and suggest possible recommendations to streamline the Employee Education and Development System in this organization. Research of system the education and development is realized questionnaire, in which 96 respondents were questioned. The results of questionnaire survey confirmed the strengths and quality of Employee Education and Development System in SSE a.s. According to the results of questionnaire survey, I suggested some recommendations for the organization SSE a.s. which should improve and streamline Employee Education and Development System in SSE a.s.
