Alternativy bydlení pro Novou Karvinou

Abstract

The thesis assignment focuses on finding a new use for gaps after the demolition of apartment buildings in the Karviná-Nové Město district. This part of Karviná is currently declining and facing various problems. The aim of the project is to find ways to breathe new life into this area and turn it into a pleasant place to live. The task is to design buildings for housing and civic amenities in the territory so that this today partially socially excluded location can become a real "new city".
