Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem městského hotelu s wellness centrem ve Frýdku-Místku, v lokalitě Na Příkopě. Cílem práce je vytvořit architektonický a urbanistický koncept, který vhodně doplní stávající strukturu města a přispěje k rozvoji cestovního ruchu a společenského života v dané oblasti. Návrh vychází z analýzy širších urbanistických souvislostí, dopravních vazeb a potřeb obyvatel i návštěvníků města. Hlavní důraz je kladen na funkční a provozní řešení objektu, začlenění wellness zázemí a vytvoření kvalitního veřejného prostoru v okolí stavby. Výsledkem je architektonická studie hotelu, která usiluje o harmonické propojení současných požadavků na komfortní ubytování a relaxaci s respektem k charakteru městského prostředí.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of an urban hotel with a wellness centre located in Frýdek-Místek, in the area known as Na Příkopě. The aim of the project is to create an architectural and urban concept that complements the existing city structure and contributes to the development of tourism and social life in the area. The design is based on an analysis of broader urban relations, transport connections, and the needs of both residents and visitors. The main emphasis is placed on the functional and operational layout of the building, the integration of the wellness facilities, and the creation of a high-quality public space in the vicinity of the structure. The outcome is an architectural study of a hotel that seeks to harmoniously combine contemporary requirements for comfortable accommodation and relaxation with respect for the character of the urban environment.
