Abstract

My thesis is focused on the thermal treatment of coal sludge for the production of fine fuels through pyrolysis technology. The theoretical part is defining the process of pyrolysis, the description of the pyrolysis unit, the benefits of this equipment, inputs and outputs of this technology. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to material use of individual pyrolysis products and evaluation of the samples that were used for blending to produce the briquettes. The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate treatment options for coal slurry fuel production at Arrow Line, Inc.
