Abstract

Diploma thesis on the topic of Streamlining the Loading Process of Finished Products in Expedition Warehouse of Medium-Section Rolling Mill, the first deals with the theoretical basis needed for putting into the issue. Regarding the description of the logistics, its breakdown, storage to transportation. Followed by a practical part, where it is described medium-section rolling mill and processes in the ongoing. It is explained that the methodology of loading of the finished products. On the basis of cast, for measurement has been identified bottlenecks in the process of loading finished products. These are described and explained and is suggested by their solution.
